Notification of Shareholding

BURNABY, B.C. – QuestAir Technologies Inc. (“QuestAir” or the “Company”) (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) announces that on February 28, 2008, it received notification that as of close of business on February 26, 2008, UBS Global Asset Management no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
This announcement is made pursuant to the rules governing the operation of AIM as established by the London Stock Exchange Plc.
