QuestAir Announces Board Changes
                                     
VANCOUVER, B.C. – QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) announced today that Harold Copping, a non-executive director of QuestAir since 2004, has given notice of intention to retire from the board of directors on September 30, 2007.  

Mr. Copping's resignation is part of a managed transition that saw QuestAir appoint an additional Board member at its most recent Annual General Meeting. Mr. R. Terry Blaney joined the board of directors in May 2007, in order to allow for an orderly transition of responsibilities in advance of Mr. Copping’s pending retirement.

Commenting on Mr. Copping’s retirement, Denis Connor, Chairman of QuestAir said, “We are grateful to Harold for his years of service to the Company. His insights have informed the governance and strategic direction of QuestAir at an important stage in the Company’s development. We wish him well in his retirement.”
