VANCOUVER, B.C. – QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) announced today that Mr. R. Terry Blaney has been elected as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Blaney has 29 years of experience with various divisions of the Shell Group in Canada, Asia, and the USA, most recently as Director, Downstream Business, Shell (China) Limited. Mr. Blaney has extensive experience in the refining, logistics, marketing and retail sales sectors of the oil industry, and has held operational and senior managerial roles in Shell Canada Limited, Shell (China) Limited, Shell Oil Products East, and the Shell Odessa Refining Company. Previously, Mr. Blaney was Vice Chairman and a director of the Sinopec and Shell (Jiangsu) Petroleum Marketing Company Ltd., and a director for Shell Canada Oil Products Limited. He also served as President of RMO Site Management Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Canada Limited, and as President and CEO of the Shell Odessa Refining Company. Mr. Blaney plans to retire from Shell with effect July 1, 2007, to pursue other interests.

Mr. Blaney holds 1,000 shares of the Company, which he purchased prior to his appointment as a Director.
