QuestAir named one of Canada's fastest growing technology companies in 2006 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Program
VANCOUVER, B.C. – QuestAir Technologies Inc. (AIM: QAR; TSX: QAR) has been named to Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50, the annual program which recognizes excellence, innovation and the fastest growing tech companies in Canada. Rankings are based on percentage growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 2001 to 2005.
Jonathan Wilkinson, QuestAir President and CEO, said “This award recognizes the significant progress QuestAir has made in developing and marketing our gas purification products for a range of high growth markets in the industrial hydrogen, biogas and fuel cell sectors. Our current development activities in the oil refining and petrochemical industries position us very well to build on the successes we have achieved to date.”
QuestAir’s increase in revenues of 2,082 percent from 2001 to 2005 resulted in a top 20 ranking overall in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Fast 50 for this region was 4,954 percent.
Winners of the 10 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies.
