QuestAir™ M-3100 is based on the company's H-3100 product platform, modified to remove CO2 from low quality methane streams. The QuestAir™ M-3100 system combines patented QuestAir rotary valve technology with conventional beaded adsorbents, and operates with approximately one-minute cycles compared to three-to-five minutes per cycle for conventional PSA systems. QuestAir™ M-3100 units require only one-quarter of the space of conventional PSA, and with only two valves, are easier to operate. Our simple, compact and reliable technology also has significant advantages over membrane and amine systems for the removal of CO2 from methane.

The QuestAir™ M-3100 offers a low-cost solution for upgrading landfill gas, anaerobic digester gas and other sources of 'biogas' to either pipeline- or LNG-grade methane. The M-3100 can also be used to increase the Btu value of landfill gas for power generation. The M-3100 is currently available in a range of capacities up to 4,000 NCMH (product methane flow).
