QuestAir is committed to providing the highest levels of service and product support. QuestAir has a dedicated group of product support engineers and technicians to provide on-site commissioning and after-sales service to our customers world-wide.
Product support services are can be contacted during QuestAir's normal hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Outside of normal hours of operation, customer support will be made available to address priority requests.
